Over the last 3-4 months the Voice of the Customer have been working with ACC to improve the support needs assessment process.

The survey should only take around 5-10 minutes to complete and the responses will be key in terms of improving this service for clients.

The survey will close on Monday the 28th November allowing 3 weeks to complete the survey. Please distribute to your networks as early as possible to allow as much time as possible for your networks to respond to the survey.
